CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments are especially reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations and appointment changes. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  Cancellation fees within 24 hours of appointment will result in a 25% charge of your service booked. Two cancelations will require non-refundable deposit to book a third appointment.

CONFIRMATION TEXT /  CALL:
As a courtesy  to our clients, we will call or/and text to remind you of your appointment two business days prior to your appointment date.

PAYMENT:

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We only accept CASH, CREDIT, or VENMO.
